Jennifer Seegott, DNP
Owner
Jennifer is the founder of TruCare and a proud Florida native. She oversees our skilled nursing facility in Hobe Sound, several assisted living facilities across Martin and St. Lucie counties, and manages in-home and telehealth patients. Jennifer finds joy in watching her team brighten the lives of patients and caregivers alike. Outside of work, she enjoys reading fantasy novels, baking sourdough, and boating with her family.
Maguerline Smiley
Office Manager
As TruCare’s Office Manager, Maggie plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. She values the genuine connections built with patients and appreciates being part of such a compassionate team. In her spare time, she enjoys singing and making music with her family.
Richard Vincent, RN
Virtual Medical Assistant
Richard is our virtual medical assistant and one of the welcoming voices you'll hear when you call. He brings warmth, empathy, and a calm presence to every interaction. Outside of work, Richard enjoys staying active, working out, and discovering delicious, nutritious meals. He also loves spending time at the beach and finding peace in nature.
Rose Estelle Celestin-Obas, AG/ACNP-BC
Telehealth Nurse Practitioner
Rose leads our virtual weight loss and primary care visits. She appreciates the flexibility and autonomy of her role at TruCare and enjoys bringing energy and compassion to each appointment. In her free time, she loves dancing and choreographing new routines.
Kristen Sagner, APRN
Community Nurse Practitioner- Homes & ALF
Kristen serves patients throughout Martin County, providing care in their homes and assisted living settings. She values the ability to treat patients where they’re most comfortable. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors.
Claudette Creary Johnston, APRN
Nurse Practitioner – Skilled Nursing
Claudette rounds full-time at our skilled nursing facility, where she is known for her intentional care and kind demeanor. She enjoys helping patients maintain their best health and loves cooking and practicing her etiquette training.
Emily Hill, RN
Nursing Coordinator – Assisted Living
Emily coordinates nursing services for patients in assisted living communities. She takes pride in listening to patients’ concerns and ensuring they receive thoughtful, personalized care. Emily grew up playing softball and competed at the collegiate level at the University of South Carolina Beaufort.
Tina Washington, NCMA
Medical Assistant – Skilled Nursing
Tina supports long-term care patients at our skilled nursing facility. She enjoys the meaningful interactions she has each day. When she's not working, Tina sings and plays the guitar.
